The Law Offices of Camille M.Abate is a small firm with a personal touch, with attorneys who have extensive experience in our areas of specialty.  In Criminal Law, this experience ranges from misdemeanor trials for aggravated harassment to petitions for writs of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court. Some of our most recent cases included a murder trial which resulted in a hung jury and later was favorably resolved for our client.  In Employment Law, this experience includes litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act in federal court (for example, we recently negotiated a large settlement in an employment action in federal court in Connecticut) and employment discrimination in state court.  We have tried all kinds of cases all over the country.  What distinguishes The Law Offices of Camille M.
